Ëlabba Essence Indoors Reinforced

Ëlabba Essence Indoors is a fragrance spray created in a purified environment free of negative energies. Energetically charged to remove negativity, emotional memories, mental stress or psychic discomfort from your home environment. Use only in interior spaces of your home to guarantee its effectiveness. It is not advisable to use it outdoors as it could quickly lose its effectiveness. We recommend any fragrance from the 'Outdoors' line if you need to eliminate those energies outside your home environment and wherever you go. 

It's quick and easy to use and offers a quick fix when time is short, such as cleaning between clients, especially if you do energy work. Spray around your person or aura and/or in your desired place or space.

Instructions for Use:

• Shake before using. Store in a cool place and away from sunlight.
• Spray 2 or 3 times toward the center of the room or into the corners of bedrooms.
• Use as a mist spray on your aura (preferably from the head) before leaving and re-entering your home.
• Use with a diffuser inside your home to eliminate negative charges once a week or as needed. Maximum 1 ml or 20 drops.
• Use a small splash in warm water in a basin for a purification and energy cleansing bath.
• Use as nasal mist (steam baths). This can be used before the cleansing bath or separately. Use 3 to 5 drops for steam baths. (We recommend the Ëlabba Essence Interior Normal version for this.)

How you can do nasal steam baths

• Boil water in a pot or kettle and take advantage of the steam it releases.
• Remove it from the heat and place it in a basin or tub.
• Shake the appropriate Ëlabba Essence and pour 3 to 5 drops of Ëlabba Essence, or as tolerated, into the tub or basin.
• Place a towel over your head to retain the steam and, very carefully, bring your head close to the tub or basin at a safe distance without burning yourself, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
• Do it for 10-15 minutes
