Instructions for Use:

• Shake before using.
• Use as a mist spray. Spray around your person or aura and/or in the desired space.  On your aura (preferably from above the head, crown chakra) or around the chest area (heart chakra). before leaving and re-entering your home.
• Suitable for daily use or multiple times a day, depending on the need for emotional upliftment.
• Use with a diffuser inside your home to eliminate negative charges once a week or as needed. Maximum 1 ml or 20 drops for a 500ml container gradually until you meet your desired scent intensity.
• Use 3 to 12 drops of essential oil previously mixed in a carried oil, bath salts or your favourite bath gel o liquid soap in warm running water in a bathtub for a purification and energy cleansing bath.
• Use as nasal mist (steam baths). This can be used before the cleansing bath or separately. Use 3 to 5 drops maximum for steam baths in 100ml of water. (We recommend the Ëlabba Essence Interior Normal version for this.)

How we do nasal steam baths

• Boil water in a pot or kettle and take advantage of the steam it releases.
• Remove it from the heat and place it in a basin or tub.
• Shake the appropriate Ëlabba Essence and pour 3 to 5 drops of Ëlabba Essence, or as tolerated, into the tub or tub.
• Place a towel over your head to retain the steam and, very carefully, bring your head close to the tub or basin at a safe distance without burning yourself, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
• Do it for 10-15 minutes.
